It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of Lieutenant Raymond P. Laurie, FDNY and 9/11 First Responder, on March 19, 2020 

Visiting Services will be held on Monday, March 23, 2020 between the hours of 2:00-8:00pm

An order of Episcopalian Service will be held on March 23, 2020, the time is yet to be announced. 

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 24, 2020 with a 10:00am Final Farewell .  The Funeral Procession to Greenwood Crematory will be held at 10:45am 

Our concern as always is for the health and safety of the families we serve, our family and staff. The Cobble Hill Chpaels Family would like to let the community know what we have learned and what our procedures will be for the foreseeable future regarding the Covid-19 pandemic.
 
In addition to our regular cleaning and disinfection procedures, we have and will continue to regularly disinfect all public surfaces such as door handles, armrests, handrails etc.
 
Scheduling of visitations, services and gatherings will follow recommended guidelines set by the CDC, and state and local authorities, always taking into consideration each family’s individual needs. These are fluid and seem to be changing as we progress.
 
We are ready willing and able to utilize technology and live stream and /or record funeral services as desired, for no additional charge.
 
 
We have been attending conference calls and webinars hosted by the National Funeral Director’s Association, the N.Y.S. Funeral Director’s Association and the CDC. As more information becomes available, we are in constant contact with these agencies so we can disseminate info as it becomes available.

It is with great sorrow we announce the passing of James Johnson on March 10, 2020

Visiting Services will be held on Monday, March 16, 2020 between the hours of 2:00-5:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm. 

Funeral Services will take place on Tuesday, March 17th, Starting 10:00am at Cobble Hill Chapels, with an 10:45am departure time to Evergreen Cemetery, located in Brooklyn, New York.

Visiting Hours will be held on Sunday, March 15th between the hours of 2:00-7:00pm

Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 12, 2020, 10:00am at Cobble Hill Chapels. Friends and family are welcome to pay their final respects and join us at 11:00am to leave for Greenwood Crematory, located in Brooklyn, New York

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, March 14th, at 10:00am with an 11:00am departure to Greenwood Crematory located in Brooklyn,  New York.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, March 7th with a 11am  Mass at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary church, Interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery, lcoated in Brooklyn, New York.
